The candidate will be responsible for revenue delivery of direct channel (call center), which is one of the most important channel for demand fulfillment at OYO. This channel needs to be scaled up to become the fastest growing demand channel at OYO. OYO is looking for a Business Head for Direct Channel, who will design strategy road map and manage operations for sales fulfillment via contact centre. Candidate should possess ability to deliver stretched revenue targets, drive operations rigour, work on consumer insights and drive impact led projects to improve conversions rate of direct channel (sales contact centre). Candidate should be a good blend of strategic thinking, and managing operations. This position will require working with various stakeholders like leadership team, partner with technology team, Operations, revenue team, and work cross functionally with most of the teams at OYO. Role &amp; Responsibilities - - Deliver Revenue targets for direct channel and make it a Multi Million Dollar Business by Dec'19 - Drive strategic Road map for Direct channel to make it the fastest growing channel. - Drive projects with operations and technology team to enable agents for better sales conversion - Generate consumer insights from calls and data analytics to identify areas of improvement and implement them. - Work on innovation and Tech adoption projects - Work on improving productivity of agents by designing incentive programs, training, and better connect with partners Desired Skills -&nbsp; - Problem solving, first principle thinking. Strategic thinking - Ability to get into details and deliver targets - Ability to manage complex operations - Ability to manage cross functional stake holders and drive them to common agenda - Ability to work with cross functional senior leaders and management team - Strong influencing, communication and facilitation skills Minimum Qualifications - MBA from a top Tier institute - Consulting experience, revenue delivery experience is a strong added advantage - 7+ years experience, with 3+ years in strong revenue delivery roles.
