What will you do? - Manage and lead the Performance management process: design, develop and implement learning and development initiatives - Imagine, build, and manage international development and training programs: onboarding, leadership development, career development, soft skills, etc. - Partner with Country heads and BU managers/leaders to deliver consistent and high impact people development solutions - Work closely with regional operational teams, utilizing appropriate structures, tools, approach and delivery models to address operational training business challenges and requirements. - Overseeing the development, implementation, and update of all learning contents - Developing key success measures and creating reports to ensure key stakeholders and business units are kept up to date with performance - Work closely with Talent Acquisition, from an internal talent availability perspective, including Talent Management and Potential definitions in a fast moving company Who are you? - Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Learning &amp; Development or Capability head roles in multinational fast-growing organizations - Strong experience in strategy, design, and implementation of Learning &amp; Development solutions for fast-growing international teams - Solid track record in International Project Management and L&amp;D needs analysis and evaluation - Proven experience in structuring and successfully managing teams - Super strong facilitation skills at very senior levels including Executive Coaching experience - Strong experience in designing and implementing training and development programs - Ability to work in very fast-changing environments What do we offer? - Work in an international, fun-loving and speed-paced environment where it's always - Day 0- - A great company culture where best ideas win and diversity is an essential part of the setup
