OYO Rooms - CRM Manager - Online Acquisition

The CRM Manager - Online Acquisition will work closely with the CRM team and Frontier Team at OYO to generate Inbound interest from Home Owners so that the leads can be picked up by BD and Owner engagement teams so that the same can be converted and Onboarded as Frontier Supply.

Broadly the CRM manager would :

1. Generate interest through Offline and Online means in the form of inbound lead traffic

2. Create Processes so that Inbound Lead interest is captured and flows to appropriate teams to be acted upon

3. Measure the ROI in terms of lead efficiency and conversion efficiency and allocate budgets accordingly

4. Work with the BD teams to understand the lead quality and mutually work towards identifying better quality leads as well as giving them feedback to enable better conversions.

Skills :

1. Understanding of various online marketing tools and their capabilities. (Google Ads, Display Ads, FB Ads, Display Ad Networks, Classified Ads etc)

2. Ability to supervise and suggest design elements for each marketing initiative to generate preliminary interest, eyeballs, clicks etc

3. Ability to think out of the box measures to reach out to the vastly spread out demographic (Vacant Home Owners)

4. Campaign Management and alignment of multiple stakeholders to execute, analyse and deliver campaigns on time
