Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for channel growth and revenue based on company goals.
- Lead a team of performance manager to drive revenue metrics and work on the right levers to keep the channel growing long term.
- Work closely with the key OTAs of the country and manage relationships with them.
- Managing P&L of the country.
- Should have worked in a fast-paced environment, should have solved multiple problems and resolved them.
- Able to think on their feet and be self-driven in resolving the problems at hand.
- End to end ownership of own services, processes.
- Focus on end to end solutioning considering multiple possibilities.
- Able to think through expected path+ possible scenarios in a structured manner.
Skills Required
- 7- 9 years of experience
- Strong understanding of data and motivated enough to drive levers end to end
- Good Communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
