City Head - Self Operated Business
Key Responsibilities -
1. Build business and lead P&L, setup client operations of a city/zone
2. Responsible for acquisition and portfolio management of client supply, building sustainable supply channels and overseeing operations and customer experience
3. Hire, mentor and lead teams of size 20-30 highly motivated employees across Business Development, Operations, Transformation and Finance
4. Responsible for managing Operations (quality of service & escalations) in the marketplace and ensuring high quality of customer experience and cost effective operations
Required Skills:
1. Must have at least 5+ years of experience in Business Development post MBA
2. Team Leader with objective approach towards goal setting and monitoring
3. Ability to get things done and influence others
4. Fluent communication and ability to manage situations on the ground
5. Analytical frame of mind & a go getter attitude
6. Demonstrates high ethical values
Preference - Graduate from Tier 1 and 2 College
