Key Responsibilities : - Develop and execute growth strategies for certain geography(ies) for certain Meta Search partner (s) - Own P&L for Meta Search Channel(s) and its KPI's : Revenue, URNs, ROI on ad spends and Content Coverage - Understand user funnel and identify opportunity for improvement and suggest best practices that can be leveraged across the team - Ability to multi tasks and manage multiple projects to drive conversions on online platforms - Coordinate (and travel to the partner's base locations) with the external partners in different time-zones - Ability to handle teams and get the work done across multiple stakeholders (Internal and external) Preferred Person : - First principal problem solving, analytical skills and curiosity to solve business problems - Deep interest in research, data, analyzing data and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making - Good understanding or high interest to learn SQL, R or Python and excel - Has a creative bent of mind with an interest in generating customer insights - Ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts.
