OYO Rooms - Business Associate

What you will do and achieve:

- Be a part of the core team that drives Guest Experience, Partner Relationships and SOPs

- Conduct advanced analysis to provide actionable insights from Data

- Design and drive the International expansion plan for OYO

- Develop and implement processes and metrics for international teams across developed markets

- Work with product and technology teams to ensure customization and utility of products across geographies

- Analyse business metrics and provide key insights on opportunities for improvement

- Design and implement key business excellence projects to improve customer experience across international markets

- Driving adoption and impact of the initiatives by working in close coordination with country teams

- Ensure knowledge management and sharing of learnings with upcoming new countries.

- Work with various stakeholders to identify the business requirements, define working methodologies and the expected outcome

- Recommend ongoing improvements to methods, algorithms, tools and products

- Make OYO a data driven organization by creating platforms to better access, interpret and use data in driving day-to-day decisions and business functioning

- Deep problem solving and driving brand experience projects.

What you have:

- 1-3 years of work experience in operations/strategy/consulting

- Undergrad/Grad from Tier 1 colleges

- First principle problem solving, analytical skills, data-driven focused decision making, excellent project management skills

- Strong stakeholder management and teamwork skills

- Inclination to do high quality and impactful work in a dynamic environment.

- Graduate/PG degree in relevant fields of study: Computer Science, Operations Research, Statistics, Physics, or Mathematics is preferable

- 2-4 years of related work experience, with a host of interesting problems you have solved

- Great communication skills, collaborative team spirit, intellectual curiosity to constantly keep digging for more insights and interpret data in unusual ways driving unique insights
