RESPONSIBILITIES: &nbsp; Managing the Regional Project Office: The functions which are to be taken care of are : - Revenue Management - Operations - Supply - Online Conversion 1. Work on projects and new Initiatives in collaboration with multiple stakeholders (business, product and technology teams) and get them executed 2. Deep dive and have an extensive knowledge of all the business functions 3. Understanding how the market functions, working with the central pricing team to maximize revenue 4. Collaboration with the central Conversions team, to work on increasing business through more Online traffic 5. Access to relevant captured data is given. It is required to use that data efficiently and liaison with the business unit/vertical heads to implement strategic decisions. 6. Taking help of the Business Analysts for the region/Hub to get reports/dashboards made to facilitate the Functional Heads in managing their business as well as their team. 7. Work with various stakeholders to identify the business requirements, define working methodologies and the expected outcome 8. Be a data-driven manager. Prompt and correct interpretation of data in driving day-to-day decisions and business functioning 9. Track project issues and work with the business teams to implement solutions SKILLS REQUIRED :&nbsp; 1.
