- Leading a projects or working on multiple projects or work streams within central operations. - Ownership of all operational metrics associated with the project. - Coming up with new initiatives to improve the performance on the operational metrics. - Driving adoption and impact of the initiatives by working in close coordination with the Operations Heads on the ground. - Working with the product and technology teams to institutionalize the initiatives and create a sustainable impact. - Devising and implementing new projects to improve customer service - Use Data Science and solid Why Why Analysis to improve Turnaround time and improve other process parameters - Execute and deliver Organization's Annual Operating Plan and drive cost improvement projects 2. Data Orientation: - Basics of coding - R/ SQL required - Creating dashboards for better visibility - Identifying trends, patterns, outliers and deep dive on core issues - Sound understanding of numbers and data; Getting deep into data to understand cause of poor performance
