Business and financial planning : - Monitor performance indicators, analyzing trends and investigating causes of variances w.r.t. targets; and prepare monthly and quarterly reports - Generate business insights from data, ad-hoc analysis and reporting for effective business planning - Developing dashboards for effective communication of information - Aid in preparation of budgets, financial forecasting and operating plans Stakeholder management: - As a part of this role, you would need to collaborate extensively with internal and external stakeholders across different functions and geographies. The must haves : - Strong written and communication skills; and ability to converse with stakeholders across geographies - High on ownership and go getter attitude - Good business acumen, problem solving ability and data driven - Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint and data/query management tools like SQL, R, Tableau, etc. - Work experience of 1+ year
