Job Description:
- Design CRM roadmap, customer roadmap, key metrics and overall retention strategy for the brand
- Manage end to end campaigns and engage customers through relevant communication (point of communication, content, timing)
- Drive customer retention and loyalty
- Split customers into segments, analyze trends and strategize marketing programs
- Increase growth - in-app, SMS, email, push
- Provide messaging and creative understanding to agencies and designers for emailers, push and SMS notifications
- Strong analytical mind is a must
- Should be experienced in SQL, Excel
