Position : Assistant Manager, Online Reputation Management Location : Gurgaon Shift timing : Around the clock Regions : SEA, Middle East, UK, USA About Team : Online Reputation Management (ORM) team works to build OYO's brand equity and provide great customer service on social media. It involves managing social media escalations, creating content for building brand equity and increasing organic positive sentiment on social media. About the role : - Will be managing multiple ORM teams from different countries. - Ensuring high quality customer service, resulting in guest delight by extensive interaction with guests on Social Media and quick resolution of problems/queries - Monitor and Moderate the Social Media platforms. - Coordinate with different teams on escalation/queries over various platforms - Provide creative inputs and working on various projects to improve the brand image. Work activities : - Managing the brand online on Social Media according to specific analytic and measurements - Will be SPOC for any social media issue for a particular Geography. - Ensure the quality of content posted on social media by the team. - Preparing weekly reports and generating actionable insights from it. - Engage in customer service, community building, brand awareness initiatives on SM platforms. Key Skills : - Ability to work closely &amp; effectively with internal and external stakeholders. - Should have great analytical and presentation skills. - Should be proficient with MS Excel. - Great English writing and speaking skills. - Excellent knowledge of Social Media Channels - High level of integrity, confidentially, and accountability - Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment Eligibility Criteria : - At-Least 2 years of experience in start-up culture. - Prior experience in managing teams. - Prior International experience will be a plus. - Prior work experience in Social Media &amp; customer interactive profile
