Job Description:
- We are recruiting for an interesting role in the business finance function of OYO Vacation Homes.
- Looking for smart, passionate go-getters who enjoy hustling and taking loads of ownership. Scope of work ranges from financial analysis, management reporting, business and financial planning, cross-functional collaboration ensuring implementation to endless problem solving.
Key role and responsibilities:
- Regular monitoring, review and analysis of key financial KPI's; analysis of company's actual performance compared to business plans; visibility creation through dashboards and financial models; and reporting to key stakeholders
- Identification and problem solving of issues through collaboration with business teams
- Budgeting and forecasting; preparation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and other financial plans
- Preparation of data for periodic MIS reporting
- Working Capital Management involving Cash Flow Modeling, reporting to various stakeholders and building estimates
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant/MBA Finance from a premier institute
- Experience required : 2-4 Years
- Articleship in Statutory Audit preferred over Tax / Internal Audit / Transfer Pricing
- Should be able to analyze numbers and represent data to senior management
- Experience in FP&A, management MIS is an added advantage
- Worked on individual projects / independently handled clients is an added advantage
- High on ownership and go getter attitude
- Proficient in MS Excel
