Responsibilities:
- Setup, plan and sign home supply through local sources (builders, agents, brokers, and homeowners)
- Work closely with area BD Head
- Need to travel on the ground and generate leads for homes
- Proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring
- Identifying new forms of Real Estate to ensure the right inventory growth and higher market share for the respective market
- Co-ordination and follow up with cross-functional teams, for growth and relationship management of existing business opportunities
Requirements:
- Local geography knowledge is a MUST
- Good communication is the key skill and ability to do business development on ground
- Hardworking, energetic, intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivation is must to have skill
- Sales manager experience at banking, real estate, pharmaceutical or start-ups preferred
- Ready to travel as and when required and willingness to work on field.
- 3 -8 years of relevant experience in sales and business development
- Prior experience in leading a team
- Strong business acumen in a must
- Prior experience in managing cross-functional teams
- Experience in early-stage startup environment and inherent hustle factor would be an advantage
- Focused and possess a sales mindset
- Fluent communication and ability to manage situations on the ground situations and partner relationships
- Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivation driven
- Demonstrates high ethical value
