Job Description -
1 ) P&L focused - can run the MM like a full fledged business and grow it exponentially. Typical MM will be a business of 50 L - 1 Cr per month, which will grow 8-10 times in an year
2) Ability to take and drive decisions across Offline Demand, Supply, CX with the right balance
3) Leadership, problem solving, communication skills to lead and manage a team of 7-8 people
4) Data focused decision making, good with setting up MIS/review processes, ability to use analytics for nuanced decision making
5) Ability to network with hotel owners, corporates and open structured channels of demand
6) Fair understanding and skills to open unstructured demand channels
7) Negotiation and deal closing abilities
Qualifications -
Desired Skills & Experience (2-5 years) :
1) Successfully negotiated partnerships as part of business development deals.
2) Handled P & L
3) Sales background
4) Prior experience managing cross-functional teams.
5) Prior experience across multiple geographies.
6) Has effectively managed a team in the past and has objective approach towards goal setting and monitoring
7) Knowledge of native language is added advantage.
