- Lead & grow offline category sales in one segment including MICE / FPH / Sports / Government Enterprise among others
- Onboard and cultivate a strong network of Travel Management Companies (TMC), Travel Agents (TA), and Event Management Companies (EMC) to drive offline sales for filling up OYO's domestic inventory
- Work with local Demand & Revenue teams to ensure inquiry closures and end to end service
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant Indian corporate network, industry influencers and key strategic partners to extract repeat business
- Strategize to set the right milestones & maintain stability in business volumes through market visits within assigned region and efficient planning
- Maintain and review monthly sales tracker of accounts and revenue targets
- Share regular feedback on market conditions, competition, pricing and other factors influencing on-ground sales
