Key Responsibilities: Structured Problem Solving and Business Assessment -&nbsp; - Help identify and structure key issues into an issue-tree and set of hypotheses and plan and conduct research and analyses that address the most appropriate issues - Understand issues and structure the problem in order to develop hypotheses around possible solutions - Structure data and create assessments. If possible, identify appropriate tools to be used and analyses to be done - Compile data, conduct analyses of data to prove or disprove the hypotheses - Performing analysis to drive towards high impact recommendations, including definition of critical issues to be solved and the analysis to be undertaken, collection and cleaning of data to perform analysis etc. Business Acumen - Develop and utilize business knowledge to be able to make implementation oriented recommendations from the data analysis - Communicating recommendations in structured manner - Data representation - Plan and deliver well-structured reports and data analysis - Leverage data and information to develop a well-structured, cohesive presentation; apply strong PowerPoint/ document creation skills - Confidently communicate data and findings to enable insight development- develop clear supporting evidence in charts and graphs Soft Skills - High motivation, strong work-ethic and positive attitude while working under tight timelines - Strong attention to detail, and focus on quality Qualification &amp; Experience: - Undergraduate degree in Business/Economics, Engineering, Statistics or equivalent from a top tier school, MBA (preferred) - 4-5 years of work experience in Financial Modelling and Financial Terminologies - Proficient in advance excel, Macros, MS office, SQL, Hive, MS Access, VBA, AWS, R, Python, database
