KRA's of the Role - - To understand organisation's Internal & external strengths, competencies & services and put it into a common written/strategic expression to Government/government bodies for thought leadership & initiatives. Create strong branded properties with management in order to support stronger key government relationships. - Advise org in identifying, evaluating and addressing public policy and regulatory issues impacting businesses. Supporting the implementation of changes, making strategic, policy & program decisions based on evaluation of opportunities & risks and identifying engagement related risks. - Provide advise on industrial policies, competition law, trade policy, taxes and pricing related issues. - Co-ordinating and Managing relationships with key government stakeholders on issues pertaining to constituted industry/issue specific panels, committees, addressing issues to the utmost satisfaction of stakeholders. - Stakeholder mapping at Central, state, institutions, NGOs & International Organizations prepare blueprint for process and growth - Align & engage with government (both central and state) to create good working relationship - Giving a voice and representation to the company's areas of concern, facilitating interactions between Government and Industry, network with a host of Govt. officials, regulatory dept., Diplomatic Corps, multilateral bodies, international organizations, NGO community etc.
