Responsibilities: - Event Planning - Calendar mapping, conceptualization and execution of events Pan India - Meeting metrics for events - setting metrics and defining successful events - Vendor management - Sourcing, commercial negotiations, performance management, etc. - Managing the Central Excellence team on ground execution performance objectively - coaching and engaging Operation Managers - Data collection and tracking - maintaining data of all events executed (Pictures, spends, participation etc.) - Cross team functioning - Student housing, Life Plus, Finance, Brand team etc. - Help with partnerships and alliance to ensure events are cost effective / cost neutral Eligibility: - Should have excellent communication and problem solving skills to work in a dynamic environment - Creative and operationally sound to plan and execute - Candidate with previous experience in events / community engagement will be preferred
