JD for VP Demand Role - As OYE Rickshaw VP Demand, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing programs that capture and nurture marketing leads across multiple channels. - These programs will include outreach to our existing database through marketing automation; lead generation through events and search engine marketing, and optimizing the use of our own web site as a lead generation channel. - 5-7 Yrs. of Relevant Experience. - Manage the build-out of the collective Demand planning organization structure for a hyper-growth industry - You will assist in all demand planning duties including estimating future product demand, analyzing inventory flow, and developing forecast models. - Demonstrated analytical ability, specifically around program measurement and ROI, and program execution skills - Proven experience in managing the creation of marketing materials. - Experience influencing and communicating product offers to customers, prospects, and sales professionals and demonstrated by excellent written (including copywriting and proofreading) and oral communication skills - Strong project management skills and experience with superb attention to detail. - Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies. - To succeed in this role, you should be professional, highly-analytical, and possess excellent communication skills. - The successful candidate should also have an in-depth knowledge of advanced mathematical and forecasting policies. - Develop integrated paid and organic programs that significantly increase the marketing database and overall pipeline (e.g., Google PPC, content marketing, webinars, events). - Work with the content marketing and sales teams to develop (write, drive review process, publish) and promote marketing materials to drive awareness and interest. - Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
