Your Role at Oye Rickshaw! - Perform Analytics and Generate actionable insights from the data from IoT-connected products as part of Energy Services. - Develop Product data visualizations and dashboards based on Grafana/Kibana/Tableau/Power BI and data from various on-prem and cloud sources (AWS, GCP etc) - Deliver of self-service analytics, insights, KPIs and metrics for use by various stakeholders. Implement real time alerting mechanisms. - Collaborate with Product management and Business operations to understand issues, perform deep deep investigation, relay insights and lay out experimentation plans. What we think you need for success - Analytical mindset - Excellent data collection/analysis skills to derive insights. - Creative Communication - Storyteller who is proficient in messaging and using creative visual aids. - Curiosity - Be interested in all adjacencies so as to look at problems from multiple perspectives. Required skills and qualifications : - 2-3 years of experience in Product Analysis and Data visualization. Energy-as-a-service, Battery-as-a-service, IoT product analysis experience is preferred. Startup experience is a plus. - You have an Engineering Degree. MS is preferred. - Solid experience in SQL and visualization tools. Prior Grafana experience is a big plus. - High degree of familiarity with Cloud and On-prem databases.
