Role Description: Manager - Asset Operations About Oye Rickshaw! :&nbsp; OYE! is a shared electric micro-mobility service for the masses. We connect people with public transportation &amp; demand hubs, and provide an ecosystem for drivers. The company was founded in 2017 and has been funded by investors - Matrix Partners, Hero Family, Chiratae (IDG) Ventures, Xiaomi, Falcon Edge Capital among others. Our latest venture is in the space of energy services - we are setting up a distributed lithium-ion battery swap network for supporting e-rickshaw based mass micro-mobility. Your Role at Oye Rickshaw! - Own asset tracking and management with a complete holistic view - Asset 360 - Do a risk profiling on the available assets deployed on the field - Maintain an asset balance sheet with a detailed analysis on various asset states - Ensure efficient asset allocation and movement to optimize utilisation and optimize float ratios - Ensure timely asset issue recording, assignment and resolution - Key KPI will be to own the asset and ensure it is maintained at best possible level - What we think you need for success - Asset management and risk profiling experience is a preferable - Ownership: You should have a high sense of ownership to ensure business health is taken care of - Eye for detail: There can be instances which are totally new to the business. You need to ensure that minute details are taken care of - Agile: Our start-up is a fast-paced dynamic set up, meaning we will have change of plans, pivots and fast paced execution. - Insightful: You should be strategic and have the ability to generate unique insights that helps to challenge the assumptions and make things happen. - Clear Thinker: You should be extremely comfortable in dealing with high levels of ambiguity and be able to synthesise multiple sources of evolving information flow and adapt.
