Key Skills: P&L Management, Supply Management, Man Management, Strategic Thinking, Scaling, Go to Market, Product Management Broad responsibilities of the role include: - Own overall supply growth charter for the company across all the verticals - ride, delivery, and energy - Develop framework and processes to effectively drive monthly supply business goals and prioritize key actionable at hub level to solve the major hurdles to supply growth - Drive overall launch and growth strategy of the company into new clusters, cities, etc. Build launch processes around surveys, potential assessment, go to market, and post-launch stabilization - Lead multi-functional central supply teams across sourcing, onboarding, training, engagement, rate card and quality, etc (Team size 50+) - Sourcing and Onboarding - Lead a team of Program Managers to drive new supply growth - Lead overall supply funnel right from lead generation till onboarding, identify key leakages and initiate action plan to improve overall conversion - Work on scaling various channels of sourcing, build pan-India scalable sourcing ecosystem - Own overall Driver Acquisition cost for the company, work on various rate card levers to optimize DAC or boost growth Rate Card and Quality - Own overall driver side bottom line across the verticals - Lead drive side rate card designing basis historical trends, quality metrics, and target cost optimization - Ensure smooth central payout operations to ensure timely compliant payout to drive partners Training and Engagement - Lead overall driver training chart; identify best methodologies to effectively deliver training via offline/online mediums - Drive initiatives to build an engaging driver-side community via welfare, social media engagement, rewards, and recognition, etc. - Lead supply product-related changes from a medium/long-term perspective. Identify gaps in existing products and work in close coordination with the product team on key improvements possible for existing products - Develop market-landscape and detailed business understanding across a wide range of mobility categories, infrastructure services, platform solutions, etc - Drive and support execution of the go-to-market strategy of new initiatives and cross-functional strategic initiatives across different functions - Support the management team to develop a strategic roadmap - where to play, how to win, and whether to start - Share regular feedback on market conditions, competition, pricing, and other factors influencing on-ground operations - Develop key processes to track critical operations parameters and initiate data collecting platform from scratch Key Skills Required: - Deep business understanding to drive P&L for the region - Understanding of various aspects of supply - Aptitude with strong analytical skills is very essential.
