Key Responsibility Areas: - Lead Oye! Rickshaw's Supply Chain Function to support the short and long-term goals of the energy services PnL. - Lead development of supply chain strategy and roadmap for engagement with various strategic partners globally as per the product roadmap. Bring in supply chain related insights to roadmap creation. - Lead strategic partnerships, vendor development including commercial and legal agreements and ensure timely & consistent quality delivery of various commodities related to Lithium-Ion batteries and battery swap stations. - Own and grow the various long-term relationships for broad leverages with critical partners. - Lead and mentor team specializing in supply chain and quality functions. Candidate Desired skills: - Agile: Our start-up is a fast-paced dynamic set up, meaning we will have change of plans, pivots and fast paced execution. Being Agile is important. - Insightful: It would help if you are reflective and have the insights that come with your experience ready for use. As a habit, we would like you to challenge the assumptions and make things happen. - Clear Thinker: You should be extremely comfortable in dealing with high levels of ambiguity and be able to synthesize multiple sources of evolving information flow to create a clear view of the situation and propose timely actions at each step. Mandate to have: - You are or have led Strategic Sourcing teams in the context of new product development. Preferred to have worked in the supply chain for EVs/solar/stationary energy storage products with working knowledge of Lithium-Ion Batteries, Charging and IoT cloud platforms. - You have great Project Management skills with exposure to tools such as Jira/ MS project/Team Gantt. You are adept in identifying critical bottle-necks, running trade-offs and solving for them. - You have led development and operationalization of a global supply chain. - You have an Engineering Degree. Advanced degrees such as MS or MBA are preferred - You have around 7-8 years of applicable industry experience.
