What You'll Do : - Identifying business opportunities by generating prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options - Working on an existing set of leads and sell the B2B services to them - Selling B2B services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions - Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements - Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information - Maintains quality of service by establishing and enforcing organization standards - Percentage of lead conversion will be the most important criteria - Regular communication with internal key stakeholders for any business challenges - Managing large accounts and growing their business, responding to escalations, regular business review meetings, maintain performance matrices - Travelling for new prospects (as and when required) Requirements : - MBA from a Top Ranked B school - Overall 6-10 years of experience, preferably including stints in Logistics / E-commerce / B2B Sales roles - Experience in working in a dynamic and quick turnaround environment - Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills - Understands product, has structured thinking and analytical approach - Prior experience in the EV industry would be a plus Job Location : Gurgaon Notice period should not be more than 30 days
