This position will be a part of FP&amp;A team. Key responsibilities include Long Range Strategic Planning, Budgeting, MIS and Financial reporting, revenue and expense forecasting, Operational &amp; Financial metrics analysis and reporting. Your Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop and establish KPIs to monitor performance of different teams within Operations and work with Data Warehousing to setup relevant reports - Support Finance team with data insights and monitoring during implementation of new features and automation of existing features - Work with large sets of complex data available and provide strategic insights to drive efficiency and reliability - Handle financial, product and analytics data and reporting - Identify gaps in processes, develop actionable insights and work with functional teams to drive improvement in performance metrics - Working with cross functional teams to understand their processes and metrics and contribute to efficiency improvement - Work with Senior Management in drafting long term strategy and improvement plans WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: - 1-3 years experience as business analysts working with large and diverse data sets Well versed with SQL, Tableau, MS-Excel; knowledge of Python, R etc. is plus - Strong Excel Skill &amp; good business acumen, good SQL skill will provide an added advantage - Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with and influence cross functional teams - Strong Financial modelling and Power-point skills - Previous experience in handling Budgets, forecasting and/or supporting FP&amp;A department is desirable - Experience with E-Commerce would be preferred
