Position : Associate Program Manager Location : Gurgaon About the role: He/She would be a part of fleet sourcing and onboarding team 1) conceptualizing and executing business process initiatives effectively driving strategy to execution for the organization 2) Cross-functional program management for key initiatives and driving organization wide goals Key Deliverables: 1) Strategize, deploy and drive business process initiatives across the organization that enables achievement of business objectives and drives a smooth E-rickshaw driver onboarding 2) Work across functions (Operations, Product, HR, Technology, etc) to align on the project charter and lead end to end deployment 3) Identify opportunities and drive focused improvement initiatives to enhance smooth driver onboarding and improve retention 4) Strategize and do program management for 3-4 initiatives across the organization that enables achievement of business objectives and drives growth What you- ll need: 1) B.E. /B.tech from any of the NITs/IITs are preferred 2) 0.6- 3 years of working in a startup environment 3) Willing to work in fast paced, dynamic work culture 4) A knack for data driven decisions 5) Freshers are also welcomed
