Oxigen Services Pvt Ltd.   Responsibilities:  - The Server Side Engineering Manager is responsible for managing the specifications, design, and development of large-scale mobile based applications. In this role you will work as a leading member of the Product Development team to manage the delivery of scalable, high-performance and secure solutions for transaction-intensive mobile applications and services.  - Assumes the leadership role as it relates to mentorship, training and giving feedback to development staff.  - Participates in software development functions such as: Design, Design Reviews, Code Reviews and Project Status.  - Leads the planning process for new feature development and existing software maintenance.  - Assists Architects to help define the best approach to implementing new features/functionality and resolving technical implementations on additions to existing features  - Coordinate application development projects and production issues with Product Management, Quality Engineering, and Application Support teams  - Spearhead evaluation and research of latest technologies and actively participate in architectural decisions  Requirements:  - Prior hands-on experience working through the design, development and release cycle delivering software to market  - Experience in different mobile OS (Android, Blackberry, iOS, J2ME)  - Strong experience in application security, website scalability, performance, OOPS, data structures, algorithms and design patterns  - Expertise of SQL, designing clean scalable data models and data access patterns with partitioning and sharding, Query Optimization techniques  - Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like JQuery, Angular JS & Node.JS  - Knowledge of Payment Gateways Integration & NO SQL databases  Qualifications & Experience:  - Minimum BE/BTech preferably in Computer Science from IITs/BITs/NITs   - 10+ yrs of IT Exp, with minimum of 4+ yrs of mobile application development & 2+ yrs of project management.
