Manager / Manager - Risk & Fraud Management  Desirable :   - Graduate/Post Graduate, preferably with 3-5 years of experience in fraud / process / Decision analytics, AML monitoring in banking/NBFC or consulting is preferred.  - Experience of carrying out complex and sensitive analysis.  Job Description :   To assist Risk & Fraud management unit by risk assessment at data and process level. Conducting investigations into fraud, waste and abuse of funds and build anti-fraud controls.   Process & Data Risk Monitoring :  - Process risk assessment & control monitoring at data & process.  - Manage cyber fraud & chargeback process.  - Liaison with internal & external committees representing the unit at various forums.  - Manage business continuity & process compliance of SBUs.   Anti-Fraud Monitoring :   - AML & CTF analysis & investigation.  - Work on anti-fraud logics and assist the management in developing anti-fraud programme.  Skills and Knowledge Prerequisites :  - Good IT skills, competent user of Microsoft Office and IT applications.  - Good oral and written skills to produce clear and concise factual reports of findings and recommendations and to have the ability to influence outcomes.   - Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with various interested parties.  - Ability to work independently and on own initiative as required and when working alone or away from the office.
