About the role:

Type of work : Full-time

Location : Jhandewalan, New Delhi (Onsite)

Working days : 6 days a week

What you can expect from the role:

- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)

- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

- Keeping track of all the open positions at partner companies

- Keeping track of and updating positions on the Job Portal

Must-Have:

- 4+ years of experience in end-to-end tech recruitment

- Solid English communication (both written and verbal)

- Self-learning and self-initiating attitude with attention to detail

- Good sourcing and understanding of profiles - Full-Stack Developers/Product Managers/QA/Game Developers, etc

- Experience working on different job portals and open to exploring new portals as well

- Good time management skills

- Fluency with excel/google sheets or related software

Good to have:

- Strong networking & relationship building skills

- Experience of hiring in Gaming Ecosystem (good to have, not mandatory)

- Someone who can take ownership over the tasks allotted to them
