We are looking for a person who is ready to work with Outscal and build the right partnerships with Game Studios. Are you in?
What you will do :
- Lead charge on partnerships with game companies
- Strategize and implement social media campaigns to align with the marketing strategies for a better partnership model
- Source and implement various growth hacks
- Manage and define the strategy and frameworks for the growth of the programs
- Involve in building the community by reaching out to the target audience including the desired partners and developer community
- Build pipeline for getting contracts closed
- Hiring and building a stellar BD team
Must-Have :
- Someone with 3 to 5 years of partnership building experience in the game industry (must have)
- Prior game industry experience is mandatory (atleast 2 years)
- 5+ years of experience in business roles (gaming or edtech sector)
- Ability to negotiate deals and close the partnership contracts
Good to have :
- Product management/operations/partnership/game production background (good to have)
- Someone with an analytical mindset and good communication and interpersonal capabilities, able to work independently.
