Outscal - Head - Marketing

We are looking for an ideal candidate who will lead our marketing activities. We're looking for a Head of Marketing to take the reins for the overall strategy and success of our marketing, the oversight of all aspects of internal and external digital marketing, brand messaging, content marketing, media relations, event management, and overall brand management. You'll work directly with our founder to establish our company as a leading market force, and develop and maintain effective working relationships with all teams in the company.

Responsibility:

1. Build marketing plans and budgets for the smooth operation of marketing campaigns.

2. Prepare social media marketing campaigns and strategize them such that they align with the business objectives.

3. Ensure that the website, promotional material, marketing campaign strategy are updated on a regular basis.

4. Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.

5. Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes, and new products and features)

6. Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness

Requirements:

1. Proven 5+ years of experience as Head of Marketing or a similar role.

2. Experience running successful marketing campaigns

3. Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Ad-words

4. Experience with CRM software

5. Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
