What You Will Do:
- Initiate and cultivate partnerships with gaming companies, fostering the adoption of our platform.
- Collect feedback from partner companies and efficiently relay it to the internal team for further enhancement.
- Play a pivotal role in transitioning companies from the free tier to the paid tier of our platform.
- Collaborate closely with freelance/contractual recruiters to drive talent acquisition for our partner companies.
- Initially an Individual Contributor role, with potential for growth and a shift to broader responsibilities.
- Eventually, take ownership of end-to-end B2B jobs and placements engine, leading the charge in recruitment and placement.
- Involve in building the community by reaching out to the target audience including the desired partners and developer community
Must Have:
- A strong background in the gaming industry and a deep understanding of the B2B landscape.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to adapt and grow within a dynamic startup environment.
- 0-1 year's journey in a professional setting, with flexibility to transition between roles.
- A passion for driving adoption, fostering relationships, and making an impact.
- Strong communication skills to effectively relay partner feedback and coordinate with the internal team.
Good to Have:
- Background in recruitment and talent acquisition, particularly within the gaming industry would be helpful.
- Experience working with freelance/contractual recruiters to ensure talent alignment.
- A comprehensive understanding of the gaming ecosystem, both in education and industry.
