Outscal - Community Building Role

Responsibility:

- Head communities focused experiments and grow the community

- Lead the charge on partnerships with game companies

- Come up with strong marketing strategies for building a developer community

- Strategize and implement social media and community campaigns to align with the marketing strategies

- Source and implement various growth hacks

- Manage and define the strategy and frameworks for the growth of the programs

- Involve in community building by reaching out to the target audience including the developer community and desired partners

Requirement:

- Someone with 3 to 5 years of community building (preferably developer community) + growing experience - (must have)-

- Prior Gaming or Edu-tech industry experience (good to have)

- Product management or operations or partnership background (good to have)
