About Outontrip (http://outontrip.com): Outontrip is an ecommerce store/community which promotes, curates and sells Hippie lifestyle products. Outontrip has achieved tremendous growth in last 6 months with its presence in music festivals and comic cons and has recently partnered with Raasta cafe, Zomato.

Responsibilities:

- Handle Warehouse and Inventory Management.

- Track the orders processing through various e-commerce channels.

- Handle customer queries, returns and refunds.

- Create weekly sales summary consolidated from individual portal sales.

- Analyze online sales and stock in hand on weekly basis and arrange for replenishments.

- Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports.

Additionally:

- Help the planning and execution of the marketing strategies to promote services to online customers.

- Handle SMS and Email Marketing.

- Analysis and understanding market trends, competition and thereby provide inputs to Management.

Skills:

- Good Communication Skills.

- Should be good at Microsoft Excel.

- Should be able think on the spot and resolve customer issues.

- Should be a go-getter and have an inclination towards learning.

Salary Range: 6- 7 LPA
