- New customer acquisition in the mid-market or SMB/SME categories and conversion of leads

- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies

- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives

- Customer relationship management

- Build and manage outbound business development pipeline

- Identify target accounts with strategic timing and strong use cases

- Establish best practices and operating procedures for converting leads to sales

- Keep updated on market trends and issues affecting the payments industry as well as collecting competitor intelligence

What we check while screening candidates:

1. Is the candidate from a B2B Fintech? (Few Fin-tech company list attached)

2. Is the candidate smart and good at communication?

3. Does the have exp or capability in selling Payment solutions to the clients? (Avoid those who is handling retailer or low-value customers)

4. Does the candidate have exp in the new acquisition of min 20-25 clients a month?

5. Is the candidate into new client acquisition? (Pls avoid key accounts management profiles.

6. Avoid candidates whose CTC expectation is above 30%.
