Responsibilities:
- Drive Marketing strategies with strong analytics and extensive research, manage campaigns to elevate brand image, accelerate demand generation and assess against ROI. Cope with the fast paced environment by setting and meeting deadlines for the team.
- Prioritize initiatives based on the potential impact utilizing data-driven decision making.
- Creatively develop, manage and deliver the results from B2B and B2C lead generation activities driven by BTL/ATL channels initiatives including events, partnerships, promotions, campaigns and loyalty programmes marketing launch and track integrated campaigns across digital, social.
- Manage the brand OurBus through content, blogs, advertising, email and all social channels.
- Collaborate closely with technical, product, design teams to manage marketing & branding initiatives.
- Recruit best-in-class global talent, building a world-class structured and process oriented team. Lead, grow and retain the team of marketing professionals across 2 continents to execute on marketing and branding strategies.
Qualification and Skills:
- PGDBM / MBA (Marketing) from a top ranked B-School.
- At least 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a fast-growing start up or a larger company with a strong start-up culture.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- A proven team player who can discriminate between analytical and subjective nature of the marketing discipline, comes with a strong track record of managing conflicts and overcoming organizational inertia.
- Experience in recruiting and retaining best-in-class talent and building high-performing, collaborative teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill to work effectively across multiple functions in an ambiguous, ever-changing fast-paced environment and willingness to relocate to Noida/NCR.
