Job Requirements : - 3+ Years of Creative Branding & Brand Marketing Experience - Conceptualised Branding / Brand Assets in current or previous roles - Must've Implemented and Measured Brand Marketing Activities across Digital & Offline Channels in current or previous roles - Strong Understanding of Visual Design & Design Principles - Robust understanding of Brand Management - Visual Design Experience is a Plus - Ability to clearly articulate Brand Strategy & the applied principles for our Organisation with associated Stakeholders and Partners Responsibilities : - Conceptualise and Craft a Brand Strategy for OTO across Digital & Offline Channels - Iterate the current Brand identity and its applicability - Craft Quarterly & Annual Brand Marketing Strategies for OTO - Drive Alignment across Marketing, Sales, Support to sign off and chart the Brand calendar - Implement the above said strategies & Invest in high ROI activities - Measure the Effectiveness of the Brand Campaigns Implemented and make the necessary changes needed - Assess Qualitative impact of Brand Campaigns with Customer Interactions, Stakeholder Calls and implement changes - Contribute to the Larger Brand Ethos and Principles to be implemented across the Organisation
