Job Description :
- Create the Inside sales strategy and develop the road-map for generating qualified leads for enterprise IT services business across North America territory
- Understand the company business messaging and educate prospects on the business proposition and generate interest
- Build and nurture inside sales team and set up robust process and measurable metrics for delivering consistent results
- Develop innovative & long term approach to develop the territory for creating future business
- Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities in solution selling
- Analyze potential clients and identify key contacts for relevant service offering, using existing databases, online directories & other sources
- Develops good relation and faith with customer by understanding pain points and suggesting solutions at broad level in line with our offerings.
- Pitch to Prospects/Customers on various IT services solutions offered by the organization
- Educate customers / Prospects on value proposition offered by the organization
- Responsible for achieving inside sales team target in terms of qualified leads generated
- Collaborate with Sales Team, Account managers in US to develop business and create cohesive campaigns
- Run vertical or practice focused marketing campaigns either directly or for specific events
- Responsible for managing customer escalations, customer problems, account conflicts and participate in important negotiations with key customers.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different solution requests from customer, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Minimum 8-10 years of proven experience in inside sales for IT projects, software business development and services
- Experience in marketing or selling services for the US Markets
- Can identify potential deals and develop the tactics and teams up with the organization to convert them into customer
- Actively leading the Inside sales function in an effective, aggressive manner within identified territory (US Markets) for IT service organization
- Competitive with a "roll-up-the-sleeves" and "get the job done" attitude
- Completely invested in driving both individual contributor and team success
- Exceptional Written/Verbal Communication Skills along with excellent inter/intra personnel skills, thorough knowledge of MS Office and any other Business Tools
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
