Skill: Primary: Arcitecture & Designer experience in OSS Solutions

Job Description:

- At least 9 -12 years relevant domain experience in Architecture/designer role for OSS solutions.

- Should have experience in managing 2-3 COTS product implementation in either Fulfillment or Assurance area.

- Should have exposure in designing & architecting the overall service fulfillment solution for clients.

- Should have good exposure in supporting sales with deal qualification, initial scoping of incoming opportunities, and Bid management for RFP/RFIs which includes RFP/RFI analysis and proposal response.

- Should have exposure as a primary technical interface to the customer during the presales phase.

- Ample experience as a progressive business systems analysis, end-to-end solution design, development and implementation of large-scale integrated systems.

- Knowledge of eTOM, ITIL, TOGAF and SID framework for designing solutions for service providers.

- Solid solutions development experience using leading OSS COTS products (IBM Tivoli/Netcool, HP TeMIP/Openview, Remedy, Netcracker, etc.), and BSS/CRM is a good plus.
