Manager - Sales
Seeking candidates with over a decade of experience in software sales within the Middle East. An MBA is preferred but not mandatory. Applicants should be capable of disclosing the size of deals closed/Target achieved, within the past three years and must have accessible references within the region. Strong connections with CXOs are essential.
Job Description:
- Identify & Engage with potential clients and nurture them to a qualified opportunity
- Attending initial sales meetings with the clients including but not limited to Government clients (virtually and office visits)
- Organize demonstration and presentation of the products
- Establish new business
- Understand the client pain points and proposing solutions
- Determining a client's business requirements and confirm whether the products being considered are suitable
- Decide whether the software needs adapting to meet the client's needs
- Co-ordinate with Pre-sales team to answer any technical questions the client might have
- Presenting your findings to a technical team to act on, and then to the client.
- Maintaining accurate records of accounts and activities
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- Reviewing sales performance
- Negotiating contracts and packages
- Working towards monthly, quarterly & annual targets.
- Candidates should possess a minimum of 10+ years of experience in software sales, CXO Level connections are a must.
- Negotiating skills
- Presentation skills
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Local Language
- Strong and proven expertise in IT product sales will be an added advantage
- Willingness to travel across India.
- Any degree.
