- These are highly visibility Marketing roles within the Healthcare segments requiring innovation and ownership of demand generation programs.
- Develop compelling multi-channel marketing programs to support the demand generation needs of our sales team.
- Lead our acquisition strategy. Uncover if we have the pieces needed to curve onto a hypergrowth trajectory.
- Take responsibility for forecasting and pacing of the marketing pipeline/funnel with quarterly, monthly, and weekly lenses.
- Quarterback across the entire Marketing team to ensure quality and timely demand generation execution across all internal and external Marketing channels. Channels include but are not limited to: direct mail, email, webinars, paid digital, events, influencer, SEM, website, paid & organic social, and traditional advertising tactics.
- Help drive segmentation analysis and identify segments of opportunity working with Sales Strategy and Marketing Operations teams.
- Establish intimate knowledge of our database of marketing leads to uncover where opportunities for engagement exist within the database.
- Understand where Healthcare professionals are getting their information today and build partnerships, co-marketing, and sponsorship opportunities to run campaigns that capture new leads into the database.
- Own campaign pipeline for effectiveness and results. Partner across teams to develop reporting frameworks for clear communication with Sales and Marketing leaders to share performance trends.
- Communicate effectively and manage communications to key stakeholders across the business.
- Thinking creatively and contributing to the big ideas, while executing on the tactics.
