Job Description
- Experience in managing sales and capable of owning all plans/strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base with the management
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets using day-to-day oversight and management of the sales team
- Analyze and evaluate sales trends for target setting for the sales team
- Build and develop the go-to-market strategy while expanding customer base
- Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives
- Achieving other targets of a business plan through pricing strategy & budget management
- Responsible for growing business & enhancing network in the US
- Open new channels & markets to increase market size and growing revenue.
- Contribute to the development and execution of customer & sales strategies to grow the portfolio
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations along with tracking, analysis, and presenting sales metrics to management
- Support key stakeholders with analysis & market intelligence to create strong long and short-term sales strategies.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating the members to meet/exceed the benchmarked targets
- Prepare forecasts, KPI reporting, use of CRM database and tools to track the performance of the sales team
- Regular interaction with existing customers to build strong client relationships and gather market insights
- Work closely with the Marketing and Technical team to ensure that functions all three teams are in in sync with each other
- Drive the sales process from plan to close
Requirements :
- Minimum 12+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 10 years experience in the IT service industry.
- Prior working experience of B2B Sales
- Currently working as head sales or cluster head
- A well-developed analytical ability is a prerequisite
- A collaborative partner who values teamwork and integration.
- Consistent track record of achieving/exceeding revenue target
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills along with maturity in judgment, broad thinking, and intellectually agile
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and inspirational with a commitment to excellence.
- Demonstrates integrity and honesty
- Open to travel (If required)
