Roles and Responsibility :

As a member of the Program Management team, you will:

- Lead a team of engineers to seamlessly implement the product for our end customers

- Work with the leadership team in setting product vision for a globally scalable SaaS

- Develop and foster long term relationship with customer leadership team

- Define the DNA of the program management team at Osfin.ai

- Map out and mutually agreeing on a clear business goal definition

Skills and Requirements :

Our Program Manager role is critical to our success, and we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MySQL is mandatory.

- Experience in working closely with clients/customers to understand business requirements, defining business goals and owning the end-to-end success of product implementation.

- Proven track record of managing customers' expectations and fostering strong relationships with customer SPOCs.

- Passionate about data analysis and capable in analysing data to deliver valuable insights.

- An automation enthusiast, with the tenacity to simplify processes for customers.

- Minimum one year of work experience in the consulting industry is a plus. Experience in fintech and software consulting will be advantage.

- Graduated from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 engineering or business school.
