- Monitor and Control Supplies in line with production requirements.

- Building Supply Chain strategy

- Lead production, planning and supply chain to align production with sales plans

- Review & Approval of Purchase orders

- Monitor Demand fulfillment viz-a-viz production plan and identify and eliminate gaps if any by making production plan as close to demand as possible

- Responsible for driving improvements in the areas of production, materials management and purchasing

- Continuously improve operations, streamline work processes to create quality, reliable, timely & cost-effective supply chains.

- Implementing new diamond procurement method to reduce diamond inventory levels

- Responsible for timely completion of all customers, stock orders and repairs within given deadline with on time completion ratio.

- Ensuring that products manufactured or repaired must meet Company's standard.

- Vendor and Supplier management.

- Preparing weekly MIS and presenting to Management.

- Monitor Finished Goods stock viz-a-viz demand and pending orders and make suitable adjustments to optimize inventory to avoid back orders and high inventory

- Inventory Management for Components including Safety Stock

- Control and Reduce Back Orders and Production lead time

- Monitor on-time delivery & Reduce inventory levels

- Responsible for monitoring complete order processing, tracking and final QC.

- Review & Approval of Purchase orders
