Sales Team Lead

In a nutshell:

Full Time

Based in Belore, Karnataka

- 3-7 years working in Field Sales especially in either Gold Loan, Banking, Insurance or Telecom Industries

The Role:

Objective and Responsibilities :

- To lead the Sales Team to achieve Sales Targets, set objectives along with support of the CIty Lead, research customer needs and identify solutions for the same and continuously develop leadership through effective planning and proactive recruitment

- Resource Planning to achieve set objectives, team selection, recruitment

- Lead, monitor and manage a team of Sales Partners

- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and generate and convert leads into long-term customers

- Create MIS reports for specific time periods

- Stakeholder management and Long-term relationship building

- Set objectives for the team, train and mentor the sales partners on a regular basis and give them feedback

- Travelling throughout the territory and visiting the customers

- Motivate and work with rigour and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled

- Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.

- Owning and delivering sales targets for various channels

Skills & Requirements :

Must haves :

- Languages - Kannada/ Tamil (based on the location) and English are a must. Other languages are an added bonus

- Technology Skills - Ability to use CRM, Knowledge of MS Excel and basic typing.

- Two-wheeler for travel

- Should have managed a team of 7-10 members of Good communication and presentation skills.

- Experience in B2C and B2B environment

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

- Proven track record of constant sales target achievement

- Dynamic, persuasive and aggressive, self-initiator and result-oriented

- Strong Communication and Convincing skills

- Personal integrity
