We have an opening for a VP Human Resources Role with Orios Venture Partners. www.oriosvp.com

Orios is a well regarded early stage Venture Capital fund primary investing in high growth Technology startups: software, internet & mobile. Some of the fund's recent investments include Ziffi, Zapstitch, PrettySecrets, Taskbob and IntelligenceNode. The fund is founded by India's leading early stage investors with past investments in Druva, OlaCabs, Jigsee (Vuclip), Unbxd and several other stellar companies.

About the role:

Managing talent acquisition process through timelines & quality.

Work closely with the Managing Partner & Business Heads to ensure headcount and hiring activity all the time.

You will work closely with the entrepreneurs of our portfolio company to help make their business a success.

You will typically be working with stellar entrepreneurs in cutting edge ideas in very large spaces.

Manpower planning, designing JD, job branding & candidate engagement.

Sourcing talent, candidate assessment, salary negotiation, releasing offer, candidate on-boarding, etc..

Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment life-cycle processes.

Strong understanding and exposure to Leadership Hiring / Lateral Hiring

Provide inputs on market data for compensation bench-marking, manpower projection etc. to the management.

Drive and manage special HR projects like Social Media Recruitment, International B-School Recruitment, Alumini Campus Recruitment, etc.

Key requirements:

You must have around 10+ years of prior experience in recruitment with a strong academic background

(PG/MBA in HR from top B-schools highly preferred).

You must have excellent leadership, inter-personal, communication, understanding of the industry & a hands-on style of functioning.

Remuneration: The fund will offer a Fixed Component + Carry Component.
