Hiring VP Engineering for one of our portfolio company based in Mumbai.

Responsibilities spread across building scalable products with world class engineering capabilities around Personalization, Recommendation Engine, Mobile Platforms, Smart Apps, Search & Discovery, CMS, Payment Gateway, Catalog, etc.

Core Focus Area's :

- As a member of the technology management team; hire, manage, and coach team of developers, architects, testers, designers, database administrators, and other technology professionals that will be required to create most secure and customer friendly technology operations.

- As a senior technology leader, create and establish best practices across the orgs and partner with senior management in streamlining the technical processes that are essential for company's operations.
