Orios Venture Partners is a technology venture capital fund currently investing from our Fund III, with focus investments across consumer and B2B for the Indian market. We are 3 partners and a VP who leads investments.

Some of our well-known investments are Pharmeasy, Country Delight, BeatO, GoMechanic, Zupee, Nazara, Mobikwik & Ixigo.

The fund's founding team are experienced investors since 2008, and pre Orios investments include OlaCabs, Druva, Faballey, Box8, Unbxd and Jigsee.

We are well known for trend spotting and our maxim is #BackingMisfits.

Our strategy is to invest in selected companies and work closely with them. As a consequence, each investment lead works with no more than 4 to 6 companies at a time.

We have offices in Mumbai, NCR and Bangalore.

The Role -

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources professional to work closely with the Partners and also our investee companies in building Grade A teams.

Talent Acquisition -

a. Devise and carry out a targeted talent research strategy.

b. Map role criteria, define position description, track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.

c. Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.

Requirements, Attributes and Experience -

- MBA from a Pedigree is a must.

- Experience: 6 - 10 years (2 to 3 years of experience with a start-up will be preferred)

- Team Handling Experience

- Initiative and Self-motivation

- Good interpersonal skills

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills

- Deep passion for start-ups, superb communicator and a relentless net-worker. Methodical and persuasive decision maker, highly proactive, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
