Role & responsibilities :
1. Overall taking care of the center:
- Manage day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain the center's infrastructure and facilities for a conducive environment.
- Address any issues or challenges that arise to ensure the center's efficiency.
2. Mobilization:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract participants, clients, or beneficiaries.
- Conduct outreach activities and promotional campaigns to increase awareness and participation.
- Collaborate with community organizations and stakeholders to extend the center's reach.
3. Supervision:
- Lead and manage a team of dedicated staff and volunteers.
- Provide guidance, support, and feedback to maximize team performance.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations.
4. Recruitment:
- Identify staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
- Advertise job openings on relevant job portals and platforms.
- Conduct interviews and select the most suitable candidates to join our team.
5. Placement:
- Collaborate with program coordinators to ensure participants are placed in appropriate programs or services.
- Monitor placements and ensure participants' needs are met effectively.
